United States satisfaction guarantee window

Unopened bottles inside resale-ready outer cartons may be returned within thirty calendar days of recorded delivery for a refund of the product subtotal. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless we fulfilled the wrong SKU or neglected documented gift instructions.

To initiate, email ask@wrizelonshun.world with your order identifier, reason code, and photo of the unopened seal if requested. We respond with a return merchandise authorization and, when applicable, prepaid labels for verified errors.

European Union and United Kingdom statutory withdrawal

Consumers residing in the EU or UK may cancel distance contracts within fourteen days of receiving physical goods without giving a reason, subject to regulations governing sealed foodstuffs. Seal-breaking for quality inspection can extinguish withdrawal rights unless the product is defective.

Refunds include the lowest-cost standard shipping you originally selected when the entire order returns in merchantable condition. We may withhold reimbursement until goods arrive or you supply carrier proof, whichever occurs sooner.

Damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items

Photograph outer shipper, inner padding, and affected units within seventy-two hours of delivery. Approved claims receive prepaid labels, replacements, or refunds at our discretion. Temperature excursions logged by carriers may trigger proactive outreach before you notice damage.

Opened dietary supplements

Opened bottles are generally final sale. We make exceptions for documented quality deviations—such as aberrant odor verified by batch comparisons—or regulatory recalls. Subjective taste preferences alone do not qualify.

Subscriptions and autoship

Cancel future billings at least seventy-two hours before the next charge by emailing ask@wrizelonshun.world from the purchasing address with “Subscription hold” in the subject line. Charges already captured follow the return rules in effect on the shipment date.

Refund processing timeline

After warehouse inspection confirms eligibility, refunds post within ten business days to your original payment path. Banks may require additional posting cycles. Store credit may be offered when payment processors cannot return to deprecated cards, with your consent.
